Personal Story:
As a competitive athlete myself, I have had to overcome paralyzing performance anxiety. As a bi-cultural woman, I struggled to find the balance between listening to myself and succumbing to external pressure of multiple cultural identities and expectations.
Learning to listen to the needs beneath my own anxiety is what eventually allowed me to free myself from not just performance anxiety, but also insomnia and social anxiety.
I am a graduate of the Kaivalyadham Yoga Institute in India, where I witnessed the link between fulfillment, purpose and holistic health. I have been studying the science of fulfillment as a means to cultivate purpose for the last 15 years.
I currently live in D.C. and L.A while managing a business and working with clients and organizations all over the world. The therapy and coaching practice that started as a 1-woman-show, has expanded into a multi-disciplinary mental health company that serves the Federal Government, NASA, DC Courts and the NFL by helping their employees tap into lives intentionally towards purpose.
