This Fall We Invite You To Practice in Community

Intentional Living , Meditation Series

Being intentional is the key to having the life you want.  Whether it's an emotional shift, a new career or to cultivate deeper meaning and intimacy in your relationships.  This series facilitates healing and cultivates habits that will sustain  emotional freedom, love, and self-compassion.

In this monthly workshop, we will use meditation, sound healing, and (easy) yoga to:

  •  Differentiate what needs to be healed (in the past) from what is truly desired for your future

  • Gain the motivation, focus, and courage to be resilient from set-backs and overcome current challenges

  • Develop habits that align how you show up in your life and relationships with the results you wish to experience.

  • Create a community of conscious individuals who are living with purpose and sharing strength with each other

Time:  6:30-8:00PM

These gatherings are open to the public. No prior experience or knowledge is required.  Participants are encouraged to:
  • Dress comfortably
  • Bring something to write on
  • Optional to bring an item that supports your safety and confidence
  • You can come to All workshops OR come to individual workshops, (even if you have not attended previous classes).

To open our series, we will begin with a two-part practice.

  • First, we will use a drumming meditation to learn about the conditions that created our negativities
  •  Unearth and dissolve doubt and negativity from our self-belief system.
  • Second,  we will use restorative (i.e. seated and easy :) yoga postures  to face our fears with radical compassion.
  • Finally we will use a Tonglen Meditation to engage fully  and compassionately with ourselves to enhance self- acceptance.

Our second workshop invites us into the 3 Realms of Forgiveness:  1. Self  2. Others and 3. Spirit:

  • We will  use mindfulness meditation to explore  attachment to unhealthy relationship patterns
  • Use Systemic Constellations to heal and receive support from ancestral wisdom and our family lineage.
  • Cultivate the security to accept the present and let-go of denial, guilt and shame.
  • Integrate the use of boundaries to enhance self-care, love, respect and resilience in relationships

Love is the vehicle for abundance mindset.

In this workshop we will practice loving with confidence, courage and integrity.

  • Remove the obstacles to loving with confidence and security.
  • Use a Native American: " Cradle Exercise”  to comfort and open our heart chakra
  • Promote self soothing and connect to self worth.
  • Brings our actions, relationships, and mental attitudes into alignment with our "love-ability."

I

In our final Intentional Living Workshop, You will see how to make your aspirations a reality!

  • Expand the courage, trust and motivation to engage productively with opportunities
  • Use the yoga practice of Trathak to develop insight, and cultivate imagination, into what you truly desire.
  • Cultivate the necessary next steps to manifest your intention through action, commitments and conversations.
