Intentional Living , Meditation Series

Whether it's an emotional shift, a new career or more connection; all involve relationshipThis meditation journey helps you align with yourself, others and spirit so that you can enhance relationships and cultivate abundance in your life.

 

In this monthly workshop, we will use meditation, sound healing, and conversation to:

 

  •  Differentiate what negates you from what nurtures you 

  • Be resilient from set-backs and challenges

  • Align your habits with the results you wish to experience. 

  • Cultivate  purpose and strength through community

These gatherings are open to the public. No prior experience or knowledge is required.  Participants are encouraged to:
  • Have something to write on
  • Have an item that supports your safety and confidence (e.g. a photo, memorabilia, or piece of jewelry)
  • You can attend All workshops OR come to individual workshops, (even if you have not attended previous classes).

To open our series, we will begin with a two-part practice.

  • drumming sound bath o learn about what created our negativities
  • Tonglen Meditation to dissolve doubt and  enhance self- acceptance.  

 

Our second workshop invites us into the 3 Realms of Forgiveness: (Self,  Others and Spirit)

 

  • We will  use mindfulness meditation to create boundaries for unhealthy patterns
  • Use Systemic Constellations to heal and receive support from our family lineage.

Love is the vehicle for abundance mindset.

In this workshop we will practice loving with confidence, courage and integrity.   

  • Use the Native American: " Cradle Exercise”  to comfort obstacles to intimacy
  • Use meditation open and sooth the heart  

In our final Intentional Living Workshop, You will see how to make your aspirations a reality! 

  • Design the strategy to engage productively with opportunities
  • Use the yoga practice of Trathak to manifest your intention

 

YOUR FACILITATORS

Michell and Elizabeth began their collaboration 5 years ago at Moksha Living.  They will be joining together to bring a diverse fusion of different disciplines including meditation, yoga, sound healing, systemic constellations,  and  ancient spiritual practice for this Intentional Living series. 

Michell Stanley

LICSW, LIFE COACH, REIKI PRACTITIONER, YOGA THERAPIST

Michell has been cultivating a community of conscious individuals cultivating fulfillment through healthy lifestyle, fulfilling relationships and alignment with purpose.  These workshops support this mission in collaboration with individual services and group coaching.  

 

In her individual work, Michell is a somatic psychotherapist and life coach.  She has worked with Radio One, George Washington University Hospital and NASA helping individuals to live the life they wish for.  

 

ELIZABETH PIREN

LPC, REIKI MASTER, SHAMANIC  HEALER, SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS

Elizabeth Piren is a holistic therapist who helps others find peace, bringing balance to mind, body and spirit.  Liz often assists clients to build confidence, intuition and break free from self -defeating patterns.  She is a licensed professional counselor, Reiki Master Teacher, and has also trained in sound healing, shamanism, flower essences and family constellations. Elizabeth finds that being in community fosters deep healing, love and introspection not only for ourselves, but also for our ancestors and societies.  Find more on her website: www.lizpiren.com.
